Hypnostudio is rooted in a long-standing relationship with photography, shaped over time through curiosity, practice, and a deep interest in image making.

Founded by Francesco, the studio began as a personal journey and has evolved into a shared path with his son Roberto, bringing together different perspectives and experiences.

Today, this background informs a structured approach where creative direction and production work together to deliver clear, consistent, and purposeful visual content. Based in Lugano, the studio operates both locally and internationally, supporting brands through a balance of aesthetic sensitivity and technical precision.

Roberto Padovani

Photographer (co-founder)

Roberto developed his practice within a studio environment, growing up closely connected to photography. He focuses on product and still life photography, working with a precise and controlled approach, with particular attention to lighting, composition and visual consistency. His work reflects a strong technical understanding of studio production and lighting systems, developed through studio-based work where control over light, materials and composition is essential, shaping the overall direction of the studio and resulting in images that are clear, consistent and aligned with the needs of commercial and e-commerce clients.

Iryna Butko

post production artist & Photographer

Iryna developed her practice through a self-taught approach, later refining her skills through formal studies, building on a background in the arts. She works closely with the studio’s photographers, contributing to the final quality of each image through a precise and detail-oriented approach. Alongside post-production, she is also a photographer with a keen eye for aesthetics. Her work ranges from a natural sensitivity for capturing authentic moments to a more bold, editorial-oriented direction within studio projects.
